Privacy and safety

CatLink Now collects the information you submit to coordinate lost, found, foster, adoption, organization, and sponsorship requests. Public cat reports display only general location and cat details. Contact information and precise locations are limited to coordinators and are not shown publicly.

Photos and contact information

Submitted photos are stored for the cat report. Names, emails, phone numbers, and private notes are used to review reports and coordinate safe contact. Do not include Social Security numbers, financial information, identification documents, or unrelated personal information.

Placement safety

Owner claims, foster homes, and adoption requests may require verification. Submission does not guarantee approval, shelter space, veterinary care, or placement. Never delay emergency veterinary or animal-control help while waiting for a response from CatLink Now.

Free public access

CatLink Now does not charge the public to report, search, foster, or apply to adopt. Independent shelters or rescues may have their own policies and adoption fees.
